FAQs
Is it scary?
Not at all. Fear or pattern resolution isn’t scary. The fear of it, is scary. In a session, it’s surprisingly simple and elegant.
How many sessions do i need?
This is always up to you. Some people feel complete after one session and can feel shifts like a domino effect for some time after. Some feel connected to resolving more patterns or aspects of themselves that want or need more observing with multiple sessions.
Is it normal to feel strange after a session?
Yes. The body/mind is integrating a great deal after a session. Have grace and gentleness with and for yourself. You are becoming new!
It can be as smooth or as arduous as your commitment to the old way of being allows. Embrace the new! Let it go!
Can you do a session for babies/kids?
Yes. Babies and children do inherit patterns of survival by DNA or by proximity. Releasing patterns in babies or small children is quite quick, simple and liberating. They are giggling within minutes!
I can tell something is off with my pet/animal. Can you help that?
Yes, Animals, like children are much quicker than adults because they are not as captured by the rational mind. A short session is needed for animals. They also will respond differently to their environment once their fear pattern is eliminated. More calm and natural states of being can be expected.
What do i do after a session?
It’s wise to drink lots of water along with some self-care rituals. You’ve exchanged a way of being that will be shedding in your mind, body and emotional system.
